The name Gloria Vanderbilt is synonymous with timeless fashion, worn by women of all sizes for several decades.
I remember when I was introduced to Gloria. During the eighth grade my mom purchased me a pair of Gloria’s signature jeans and my favorite denim skirt. I wore that skirt everywhere! Both items got a chance to shine in my wardrobe but my style choices eventually changed. When I went off to college I traded in my denim skirt for sweatpants but I never forgot my Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. That’s just the type of impact quality, well-crafted clothing has on us.
In an effort to appeal to an entirely new audience Gloria Vanderbilt has launched the “We Are All One” campaign. The tag line is intended to speak to her 40-year history as a jeans brand targeted to women of all shapes and sizes.
To bring this vision to life plus size model Tara Lynn is joined by the iconic Iman, model and actress Tatjana Patitz, and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model Elsa Benítez.
The women selected to model the Fall 2017 collection are a reflection of their diverse customer base who share similar traits including: unwavering strength, the ability to balance, the pursuit to achieve more and the desire to give back.
Gloria Vanderbilt Jeans are available in missy, petite and plus sizes in department stores including Kohl’s, JC Penney and Amazon.com.
