Vogue Taps Plus Size Models For Lingerie Editorial And The Result Is Gorgeous

While the rest of the world was busy discussing Calvin Klein and their use of a size 10 model to represent size diversity, the good people over at Vogue were working on a diversified project of their own.

In the feature, “Give me a D! Give me an F!” Because Gorgeous Bras Come in All Shapes and Sizes, plus size models and members of ALDA were selected to bring this message to life. Models Candice Huffine, Ashley Graham, Marquita Pring, Tara Lynn, and Inga Eiriksodottir show off their natural curves wearing undergarments from Lane Bryant, HerRoom, Addition Elle, Figleaves and more.

With every image that’s presented by the media being airbrushed or photoshopped in some type of way, this feature is making headlines because it does the complete opposite. Photographer Cass Bird captured the models in nothing but their undies. Minimal make up and all lady lumps. Viewers get a chance to see these models in their rarest forms and the result is rather magical.
