Celebrities make major bucks for endorsing certain products. While weight gain is often met with negative feedback and a lack of endorsement opportunities, Christina Aguilera is in a position to benefit from her weight gain in more ways than one.
Tabloids may have come down on Christina but America’s Next Top Model winner Whitney Thompson isn’t apart of that group. In fact, the Huffington Post recently reported that Thompson offered Aguilera a $3 million dollar contract to be the spokesperson for TheBigandTheBeautiful.com, a plus size dating site for plus size women founded by Thompson.
According to TMZ, Thompson wrote Aguilera a letter expressing her interest. To receive the $3 million dollars Aguilera has to put in work though. The Voice judge would have to promote the website through TV and radio commercials, two photos and four public appearances.
Christina Aguilera hasn’t always been this curvy. When she first caught our attention with Genie In A Bottle in 1999 she was slender but after becoming a grown woman and a mom, she became a little curvier than what’s acceptable in Hollywood which resulted in negative feedback and her fighting back by publicly expressing her love for her curves.
“I embrace my body, and I embrace everything about myself. I’m embracing everything that I’ve grown to be and learned to be,” Christina Aguilera recently told People Magazine.
