On The Scene: Gasoline Glamour/Couture by Sophie

On Sunday, September 9th I attended a presentation for Gasoline Glamour/Couture by Sophie. This presentation was part of the first ever Shoe Week (Co-founded by Accessories Expert/Stylist Kimmie Smith.

Shoe Week™ launched on Thursday, September 6th – 13th during Spring/Summer 2013 New York Fashion Week. The location was at the gorgeous Chelsea’s Glass Houses Penthouse.

The venue had wall to wall windows of the gorgeous New York/New Jersey skyline and the décor was very contemporary and chic, however, the shoes were far from that…. they were a works of art. High chunky platform heels covered with feathers, metal, stones, jewels, and spikes. These shoes will transform ANY outfit into a fashion dream!!
