Austin Brown at the BET Music Matters Showcase

Austin Brown rocked the house last week at Santo’s Party House in New York City. It was his first time being in NY and he loved the support and screams from the crowd.

He is a new star on the scene.  He’s being guided by Mr. Jermaine Dupri and music runs in his family.  He’s the son Rebbie Jackson which makes him the nephew of the late Michael Jackson.

His music is different and I love that he has so much of that ‘Jackson Family’ talent. He is a triple threat.  He plays a mean guitar, sings amazingly, dances like a ‘King’ should. I swear I got goosebumps when I heard him sing for the first time. I hear Michael in his voice, its sweet & low like his late uncle’s. His smile is ‘Jackson’ all the way and he dances like Michael. I witnessed history that night.

This young man has a mission which is to share his art with the world, make new waves and remind us of the talents that have been born of the ‘Jackson’ family.

I am a huge fan..and I cannot wait for my one-on-one interview with him.
