Amber Riley Visits Wilson Magnet School in Rochester, NY

When I was in high school the thought of my favorite celebrity visiting my school was not only exciting but inspiring as well.

Students attending Wilson Magnet School in Rochester, NY received a treat when Glee actress Amber Riley stopped by the school to pay the students and faculty a visit.

Amber’s (who plays Mercedes Jones on the hit show) visit was a direct result of the school winning a black history month contest sponsored by Verizon Wireless.

Riley left the students with a positive message and reminded them to focus on the things that are important like family.
