Tweets from Russell Simmons & Rihanna confirmed that Beyonce’s & Jay-Z’s daughter has finally arrived. The time of birth is a bit fuzzy but after much secrecy, speculation and anticipation she gave birth to a bouncing baby girl named Ivy Blue Carter, according to several sources.
