This week MTV premiered the new show ‘Chelsea Settles’. I haven’t had the opportunity to watch it but MTV is very optimistic about the show and hopes viewers can take with them some great lessons about life and be inspired.
According to the network, here are 3 things you can learn from the new show:
1. Inspiration
Chelsea is a true example of perseverance and determination. She battles through her insecurities, thoughts of her ailing mother and her greatest fears to accomplish her goal. Having someone to look up to helps us realize that all things are possible.2. Understanding
Many of us struggle with similar issues to Chelsea; insecurities, fears regarding our future and wondering how we will ever make it out alive. Through shows like “Chelsea Settles,” we realize we’re not alone. Sometimes having someone who understands makes all the difference.3. Hope
There is a light at the end of the tunnel. And by working hard and remaining positive, things will work out the way they should in the end.

Hi Chelsea, I watch your show today and I know exactly what you’re going through. Food seems to be your best pal and your source of excitement. To be healthy and keep diabetes away, a person has to have a life busy with positive activities, excitement through relationship with family, friends and co-workers. As a woman you should be refining your beauty so you’re be proud to do the right things such as excercise and eat healthy food. It gives you the woman power of being smart, sexy, matured, and going forward to be a diva of your own.
Hope to give you a copy of my book “Your Health Is Your Responsibility”. I chose the title as I know that everyone including me have to take responsibilities to stay healthy and keep disease away.
PS: Take walks with your mother, star with slow walks. She must keep herself busy with home chores, start with slower pace and increase pace. Busy is good. Busy keeps a person healthy.
