When people criticized Dancing With The Stars for casting transgendered Chaz Bono on this season’s lineup, Cher came to his defense.
This week following an inspiring dance performed to a Rocky inspired tune, Cher led the crowd in a standing ovation and can you blame her.
Seeing Chaz run up those stairs at the end was not only inspirational but it was a symbol of him being victorious over those who doubted his ability to overcome yet another obstacle.
His payoff….
Bono and Lacey Schwimmer earned 21 points for the performance so obviously they did something right.
