If you’ve ever wished there were more plus size women featured in glossy magazines, you may be in for a treat with the release of the newest Muppet Movie. The famously buxom Miss Piggy will appear in the new Muppet Movie as a plus-size fashion editor for Vogue Paris.
The film is set for release in February 2012 with the Muppet’s greatest fan and his friends (played by Jason Segel and Amy Adams), setting out to save the Muppet Theatre by convincing the Muppets to reform.
All of the Muppets have been doing their own thing with Miss Piggy making headlines as a fashionable editor, Fozzie heading a casino tribute band called the Moopets. Animal has been admitted to a clinic to deal with his anger management issues and Gonzo has become a high-powered plumbing magnate.
This Muppet Movie sounds like a fun and fashionable adventure.
