10 Random Quick Tips to Looking & Feeling Great

1.)  Pose like a model for pictures.  Relax, stand or sit at an angle, gently push your face outward and learn two classic smiles, the Marylin Monroe, big open mouthed grin and the sexy closed mouth grin.

2.)  No time for hair & makeup?  Throw on huge dark shades when heading out for work in the morning and pull your hair into a messy bun, instant polish!  If your hair is too short to bun then you can always thrown on a cute headband with your shades.

3.)  Improve your skin now – Exfoliate!  Drink plenty of water & peppermint tea, wear sunscreen everyday and after cleansing, always moisturize even if you have acne prone skin (find the products that work for you), this helps keep your skin glowing!

4.)  Spray an invigorating scent like citrus, jasmine or peppermint in your work space to increase mood & alertness….ahh yes! Aroma  - Therapy.

5.)  Naturally Whiten Your Teeth – Use about a tablespoon of baking soda and less than a tablespoon of peroxide, mix into a paste and brush away surface stains easily.

6.)  Wear a bold print or color – curvy women have always been told to stick to black or one solid color as it creates a leaner look, but let’s not forget that bold colors & prints are inviting, stylish and figure flattering as well; especially when worn on the part of your body you want to highlight the most, so don’t be afraid to spice up your wardrobe with a bright magenta or leopard print shirt or tights.

7.)Get a Great Fitting Bra – not only will this help your overall breast health and posture but properly supported breasts sit higher, automatically slimming the waistline.  Insider Tip:  To create that hourglass look, if you are bigger on the bottom, get an underwire pushup bra and if you are bigger on top, try a minimizing bra.

8.)  Laugh! – laughing helps to release stress, burns calories and even makes you more approachable.  Did you know it takes more muscles on your face for you to frown then to smile? 

9.)  Include naturally colorful foods into your diet – these are loaded with antioxidants and are great for your overall health.

10.)  Breathe Deeply Alone – meditating on your breathing and having some alone time is an excellent way to release stress, clear mind clutter and hear your inner voice which helps to bring you peace.
