It was a typical boring Thursday until I arrived at the Rafaella Press Preview. I arrived early which worked out great because it gave me extra time to spend with this stellar collection. I was in ‘fashion’ heaven and loving it to the fullest.
The Holiday Collection was hot and elegant! My favorite was the black dress created to fit our CURVES.
Richard Metzger does it again. His romance with a ‘Real’ women’s body and our curves has led him to create the form+function line. His designs spoil our curves and every inch of our body is tailored fit.
As a plus size woman I am seeing quality fashion and all I can say it’s about time. For years the plus size woman has desired the the attention the thinner woman gets when it comes to fashion. We have the attention ladies and all eyes are on us.
The Spring line was filled with life, I saw outfits for the office and with just a small adjustment you can turn them into a killer date dress. The colors were all there. I favored the aquas, the navy and the yellow.
Even their very own Julie who works with Rafaella has decided to go with the bold new look and feel of the spring collection. Her closet is filled with black and greys. It is time for a change..
The Rafaella Collection was a complete success. I am so looking forward to writing ‘Santa’ a letter and asking for plenty of goodies from the Rafaella Spring line.

I featured a plus size model. I guess maybe they can use plus size manaquins.
But I have a better idea.

Hi to everyone, I really like the idea of the diva style magazine, but from viewing and reading, I thought that the magazine was for the plus sized. I saw the photos of size 4-6 clothing. Rafaella sportswear is for petite, misses, and plus sizes. Therefore, I expected plus sized models for the clothing/mannequins. I did see the lovely model on the front cover, and perhaps she should have been fitted in some of the cool fashions from Rafella in this plus sized magazine.
I was thinking the same thing about the mannequins but the collection really does look alive and inviting, thanks for sharing!!

You all know I waste no time, so I related the message to Rafaella. The plus size Spring collection is not finished yet and yes they carry the plus size mannaquins. So no worries..
