Darling you aren’t the only one missing those endless summer nights. We all know that summer is in on a Monday, gone on a Tuesday. We knew that Fall would be right around the corner and those chilly days returning with a vengeance.
But let’s enjoy this season. Fall has many perks we just need to make the effort to explore them and enjoy ourselves. It is very easy to stay in the ‘house’ because the weather is colder now. Don’t fall into that trap of excuse, after excuse. No way, unacceptable. Your body and inner peace deserve better than that.
I don’t have to remind my curvy divas that too much of this and sitting on the couch watching the television is not going to be beneficial at all to our thighs; especially when we have several weeks of back to back holidays and festivities’. Where you know you are going to want to eat some of those good old times dishes your mama makes.
Going to the park for a nice walk on a fall afternoon is amazing; nature is working overtime and always gives us a pretty show. You can even join a gym or a work out class at your local church.
Make it happen your way, your style. Walk more; leave the car in the driveway. It saves on gas and your body will thank you later. Find out which of your friends wants to become your walking buddy. Two heads are better than one and sharing some good conversation on a nice walk is priceless.
