Over 60 women gathered in Brazil for a clothing exchange sponsored by Plus Size website, Garotas Formosas this past weekend. The room was crowded with women trying on clothes, having fun, meeting new people while belly dancing.
In addition to Professional Belly Dance lessons from Cibele Latifa, Fashion consultant, Dany Braga was available to give style tips. The website’s in-house photographer Toni Escalante was on hand to capture the “Kodak” moments of the day.

Event organizer Rebecca Steinhoff stated, “It was the greatest saturday of my life. I met wonderful people, laughed a lot, had the time of my life. I worked hard and with much love for this to happen. A simple, cozy and familiar event, which had many good people. I hope the next ones to be as good as this was or better. To change experiences is very important and makes us better people. It was very nice to see that room crowded, and everybody having so much fun.”
