Those of you who are planning to attend Full Figured Fashion Week (end) in L.A. this month are in for a treat!!
Later this month women from across the country will meet in LA for THE most talked about fashion event in the curvy community. Full Figured Fashion Week (end) recently added R&B/Soul/Gospel singer, Kelly Price to its impressive line-up of women participating in this year’s event. Kelly whose new single “Tired” is getting major plays on the radio-will host the silent charity auction, Curves for a Cure: A Celebration in Pink. This event is in conjunction with breast cancer awareness month.
Some of the community’s leading designers and retailers have donated items to raise funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure- LA Chapter!
During Full Figured Fashion Week (end) L.A., the Curvy Collective will once again host the highly anticipated panel discussion, “State of The Curvy Community”. Kelly Price has also been added to the panel which also includes Sharon Quinn- The Original Runway Diva, Heinrich St. Germain- Judgment of Paris, Reah Norman- Fashion Director of PLUS Model Mag and Plus Size stylist and Marie Denee- The Curvy Fashionista. Additional panelists will be announced later.
This panel takes place at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza- Directors I and II Ballroom on October 29th from 4-6pm. Cost of admission is $12 in advance and $20 at the door.
Full Figured Fashion Week (end) in L.A. will definitely be the most talked about event on the west coast!
