On Friday, October 1 at 9pm ET/PT, TLC premieres the new six-part series SAY YES TO THE DRESS: BIG BLISS. Taped inside premier bridal salon Kleinfeld Bridal in New York, each half-hour episode follows the emotional journey of plus-size brides as they shop to fulfill their dream dress fantasy.
Bride to be’s include a plus-size bride who wants to look “trashy” on her wedding day, to one who gets her dream proposal as she says yes to her dress. SAY YES TO THE DRESS: BIG BLISS features brides who have struggled with weight issues their entire lives. But these sassy, confident and curvaceous brides-to-be will stop at nothing in order to find the perfect dress that will fit their personality and body type on their big day.

When I bought my wedding dress I got it from David’s Bridal like aaaaaalllllll the way in the back of the store…sheesh! There weren’t too many options for me at that time but I was blessed to be able to fit into one that I really loved my very first day going dress shopping but then again my wedding story is unique..as I literally bought my dress like 4 days before getting married! I will have to share that story with yall another time if your interested, LOL!
