Many of our hearts were broken when Oprah announced that her show The Oprah Winfrey Show will cease to exist after September 11, 2011. To commemorate the end of a successful talk show career, Oprah’s network OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) will air Behind the Scenes: Oprah’s 25th Season, a weekly reality show about the production of the final season of the syndicated talk show.
The show is similar in its intent to Oprah After the Show, which allowed the star to be on Oxygen, when Winfrey was involved with the women’s-targeted network. She ended that allegiance when she opted to pursue the new venture with Discovery Communications.
Who do you think the next daytime talk show queen will be?

Not sure who could take her place… Oprah has a signature style, talent and passion all her own… and the other fabulous women who have talk shows right now seem to be thriving in their own niches… (ie. Ellen, Tyra, etc.)… any thoughts on Queen Latifah as a replacement?
Someone brought to my attention that Queen Latifah had a show in the early 2000′s. It only lasted about 2 years.
Yes… you’re right! Wonder why that was….
