The energy in your cover shoot is amazing, What were you thinking?
Whenever I am smiling in a shot, I try to think of something funny. I was probably thinking of a scene from one of my favorite movies “White Chicks”…lol. It gets me every time.
In the photo you look super girly. Is that the look you were going for?
It certainly was. I wanted it to be effortlessly fun and flirty.
How do you feel about the attention that the plus size community is getting lately?
I think it’s fantastic! I believe it’s extremely important for all types of women in the media to be positively represented. It sends the message that it is ok to be comfortable in your own skin and to be proud of who you are at whatever size. I know that when I see images of beautiful women who aren’t necessarily a size 2, it makes me feel better about myself. That’s what it’s all about 
In honor of Valentines day, What do you have planned for Feb. 14th?
Not sure just yet. Maybe I’ll be surprised…in a good way *wink*
What is your favorite Valentines memory?
Once, because we were all single and without valentines (ladies we’ve all been there before), my best friends and I had an Anti-Valentine’s Day. So in rebellion, we got dressed in our hottest black outfits, went out to dinner together, bought drinks, and then headed out to the club. We had the best time ever!
February is such a cold month. If you could escape the cold, where would you go?
JAMAICA! I went there 3 times last year and I feel like it’s my home away from home. I swear I must have been Jamaican in a past life. I love the atmosphere, the beach, and the spirit of the people there. It’s my favorite place in the world…so far
