When I saw these leggings, I was very hesitant on putting them in a post. As the days went on, I started noticing them more and more. These leggings give off that 80′s vibe which I am definitely feeling now.
- The Acid Knit Leggings from Forever 21 are soft acid-washed knit leggings featuring a 1″ elastic waist band and a finished bottom hem. Very tight and smooth out legs.
- I paired it with a Navy Long Line Cardigan from Dorothy Perkins. The cardigan is made of a polyester and with four brown buttons. There are some ladies who don’t like showing off their assets and there are some that do, I think it shows both medium.
- For the undershirt, I put with a simple tank from Gap. It’s a soft knit stretch cotton, spaghetti straps and a scoopneck. I love the contrast of colors.
- The shoes are from Aldo. The “Mickolick” is a bootie-style pumps with multi-strap design at the front and concealed platform. High-heeled, with lustrous leather upper and back zipper. The 80′s were all about contrasting and playing with colors which I did here. The shoes make a bold statement.
- For the jewelery, I went with a necklace, bracelet, earrings and ring. I wanted to add color as always. The Denim Chainand Bracelet are a match. The Glistening Ball Ring has a pop of color and the earrings is denim also. They are all from Forever 21.

I wanted to ask you about the denim leggings. Did you get a chance to try them? I tried a couple from different brands but the cut is so weird. The waist was fine, but the inseam cut was just unmanageable! I kept trying bigger sizes than my own, still the same problem…
I liked this specific kind because I thought they would give the same figure and keep me warmer than normal leggings – knowing that it’s winter. Leggings are just a basic that is indispensable in my wardrobe. Do you have any advice or recommendations (brands)?
