Take a look at these photos of plus size model Crystal Renn and traditionally slim rival Jacquelyn Jablonski posing side-by-side in next month’s V Magazine.
Both girls are 5ft 9in tall with long dark hair – but that’s where the similarities end. While Jablonski fits the slender mould for a typical catwalk model, Renn is a curvy size 16.
The photos which were shot by photographer Terry Richardson and styled by Mel Ottenberg will be available on January 14th.
What do you think?

I think that we need to stop puttin people in a “box” that dictates whether or not they should or should not wear a piece of fashion because of their size. When are more designers going to start making bigger sizes available so that all women who love the latest style or whatever they see in the store can get it if they want? It is obvious from the photos above and just from everyday life that women with fuller figures can look equally as gorgeous as their thinner sisters. Although I do agree that just “because it is made in your size does not mean you should wear it”…I would apply that to both thin and fuller figured women.
Okay back to the article above – I love the Beyonce ponytail in the photo and I love how in showing these two models side by side we can see that they both as models can bring something to the fashion world and that plus models can rock fashions made for traditional size models – go Crystal Renn’s.
without the ” ‘s” LOL!
Those outfits shouldn’t be worn by anyone of any size.
