Calling the day after Thanksgiving “Black Friday” seems wrong. With all the great deals consumers will get you would think it would be called Sunny or Happy Friday. Perhaps it’s Black because it will still be dark outside?
Whatever the reason, if you plan on going shopping on Black Friday, it is recommended that you head out to the malls prepared for any and everything. Daily Venus Diva has come up with the ultimate Black Friday survival list.
1. Shop online. If you want to avoid the malls and the overly excited people, try shopping onlin in the comfort of your own home.
2. Make A List. Planning to venture out and shop with the masses? Good for you. Map out your plan of action by making a list of places you plan to go and what you’re thinking about buying.
3. Shopping Buddy. Black Friday is the perfect day to take a shopping buddy. If you need to run out of line for a second and are worried about losing you space, having that shopping buddy with you will come in handy.
4. Compare prices. If there is a specific item you want to buy check multiple places before going shopping. This will come in handy as you prepare your shopping lists.
5. Be Prepared. You’ve decided to weather the storm and go shopping on one of the busiest days of the year. Don’t you dare catch an attitude when someone attempts to cut in front of you or do something that you consider rude. Black Friday is known to bring out the worst in many people.
Good Luck and Happy Shopping!!

It’s called “Black Friday” because, traditionally, it’s the day when retailers go into the black, i.e. start making a profit for the year. This year, maybe not.
