Today I figured I would do a post on my favorite color, purple and work around that.
There are times when we want to wear red shoes, it’s either with the leopard print or the black dress but I am here to tell you, try with another color and see if it works. I found this purple dress from Dorothy Perkins, which I totally love. It has a deep v-neck in the back and it’s velvet. I paired it with these fiery red shoes from BCBG. I wanted to stay with the ruffles, so I found this red ruffle bag from Dessy, a retail store that caters to bridal wear but who says you can’t buy a bag from there. The bag is made up of iridescent taffeta fabric which is a perfect match for the shoes. I finished it off with a Handmade Coral Glass Horn Clasp Necklace from Overstock and a pair of earrings from Forever 21. I wanted to add a red bracelet but I think it would be too much, but you can customize this look to fit your personal style.

I need those Red shoes!!!!!
Have done it before. Got a new wrap this fall from Coldwater Creek. Purple and a magenta/red reversible with fringe. Luv it! Wore it this weekend with ruby red turtleneck , black skinny jeans, suede slouch boots.
I have never hooked up purple n red together but sounds nice…those shoes are so cute and I love the matching bag…cute!!
