A true diva embodies class, power, awe, inspiration, dedication, and love. I am a true diva because I go after every opportunity with vigor and grace. I subtly make my presence known everywhere I go and I make sure my opinion is heard.
I like to think my beauty and presence comes from within. My love for life and passion for modeling shines through my eyes, my smile, my skin, and my limbs; all of which are celebrated and help provide an ideal life for me. I surround myself with those who I love, respect, and honor; simply because I expect those feelings to be reciprocated.
I have risen above the challenges of being a plus size woman in a skinny world. I used to be tormented by memories of school days with mean boys and unforgiving girls. Now, I embrace my curves and am so happy to be making a living off of them.
I know that I am beautiful, not because I have a pretty face or a proportionate body, but because I have struggled, overcome, and conquered fears about my body, my appearance, and my strength. Plus-size modeling is not only good for the body; it is good for the soul.
I am a true diva and I do not apologize for the way I think, the way I talk, nor the way I look. I am happy to be a slice in the plus-size industry pie and it tastes oh-so-sweet!
