Sequins: To Try Or Not To Try

I know that there are some people who emulate a stars and as a plus size woman that can be difficult at times. There are times when I see something I like, and make it a priority to turn it into a “Cynthia” look. The style I chose today is sequins. This is very difficult to wear for plus size women because we have to be careful and not overload the look. I suggest trying a piece here and there, and if it’s not your style, then don’t try it. I went a little bold with this outfit and I promise I will take a picture with sequins to see how it fit on my body. First I found this sequin shirt from Evans but it can be a dress on me. I paired it with tights from Gap but I wanted sheer tights the same color as the dress but try either one and I think it would still look good. I found shoes from DSW, which are darker in navy blue but I love the price even more, $44.95 and it’s on sale! I added a matching bag with the shoes. The jewelry are from Khols and Topshop, since the dress is overpowering I love to keep it simple. I love trying to mix patterns as I told you all before.
