Talk Show host Mo’Nique has been dishing out alot of love lately on her show and was recently quoted saying the following:
“Am I wrong for not saying that beauty has to be blonde hair and blue eyes and a size zero?” Mo’Nique said. “Now, that is beautiful. But beauty is also black with nappy hair, and it could be a size 52. Beauty comes in everything. It’s what your eyes perceive to be beautiful. I just don’t choose to buy into the foolishness of what this country says we deem is beauty. Who are you?”
I’m curious, what’s your definition of Beautiful?

The definition of beautiful…Humbleness, wholehearted, gentle, bold, longsuffering, loving, caring, being a good listerner, considerate, unselfish and sympathetic.
These terms of character are meaningful to me. Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
Beauty is when you can rise every morning, take a breath and keep on keeping on!!
Beauty is what I say it is……which is me….I am beautiful and will always be….
