Bu’s Bar keeps a tight rein on the ingredients of this secret recipe, the one here is a very close facsimile. It’s a perfect drink in either summer or midwinter.
To Sip: Cat Cay Punch
Serves 4
8 oz./237ml dark rum
4 oz./118ml light rum
8 oz./237ml pineapple juice
8 oz./237ml passion fruit nectar
2 0z./59ml fresh lime juice
Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and mix well. Pour into ice filled glasses and serve immediately.
Serve with: Conch salad and potato crisps
