To Sip: Rum Around
Serves 4
- 10 oz./ 296 ml pineapple juice
- 4 oz./118ml light rum
- 4 oz./118ml dark rum
- 2 oz./59ml coconut nectar
- 2 oz./59ml cherry juice
* for garnish pineapple slices and maraschino cherries
Mix ingredients together in a pitcher and pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries.
Serve with: Plantain chips and fruit based salsa
