Cutting my hair today …hopefully…

Hey Divas, autumn is on the way and what better way to celebrate the change in weather than to change your hairstyle.  I need my sisters to help me make a hair decision.  I have decided to not go red..at least not yet but i do need a cut because the flat iron really dried my hair out over some time and I need it to look healthy again..plus I want something new. 

Right now it’s all one length with cheek length bangs.  I want long layers but I think I want short bangs.  I wonder how this would look on me?  Or face framing layers with long bangs…I have been looking online for two days now. What should I do? HELP!!
